What projects are continuing to build?

Lots of negativity in the market and good projects are being ignored with all the doom and gloom. What are some projects that are continuing to build? What are you buying/ looking to buy into? What projects are still hiring? Any big news that the masses missed? It seems like everyone wants to talk about projects that are failing or fud projects because the sky is falling.

Yes I understand the markets are down but this is the time people get rich, this happens after every bull run. You should be buying whatever you can from projects you believe in.
