What should the government of El Salvador do to revive the population's trust in the Crypto as legal tender project? (Recommendations)

I would like to gather as much recommendations as possible about what El Salvador's government can improve or do better in order to increase the trust of the population about the Crypto project in El Salvador.

In the subreddit /ElSalvador there are some influencers than can help to bring this up and be listened. I think is a great opportunity to help in this, I think if some countries can be successful in the adoptation of Crypto in their daily life will give us a brighter future in the Crypto environment.
There are some points that would like to get suggestions or how can be done better.

1. Chivo Wallet: Should be consider another options?
2. Transparency: How can the government be more transparent to make people feel safe with this project?
3. Crypto's ATM: Should be controlled by the government, or should be regulation about the ATM fees?
4. Education: Since the project is running for a couple of years already, how can "re-educate" or change the confusing idea about crypto and its uses?
