What to do with vault when you have to wipe phone or uninstall reddit app?

I'm quitting my job and I stupidly set up my reddit vault on the corporate phone. I'll have to wipe/reset the phone to factory default by tomorrow.

I have my 2fa all backed up and stuff, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I need to save/backup to safely wipe the phone/delete the reddit app, besides writing my seed?

Can I just use the seed phrase to import the vault back into reddit on my new phone? Or is there a better method?

(Sorry sure this question has been asked but I can't find any guides other than ones on importing to metamask.)

Edit: You guys are ????s for answering so quickly. I figured it was just the same as any other hot wallet import, but being through reddit and all i was a bit thrown. Better safe than sorry!
