What was the sentiment back during the end of the last bear markets?

So I'm seeing alot of comments like "we're still gonna go down further" and "don't get caught in any bull traps, we're still going down".

So let's say, this is the bottom, we start going up again, let's say BTC manages to pump 50% and I bet there's going to be alot of comments like "this is a dead cat bounce, just a relief rally..." etc.

I wasn't around during the last cycles, but how were people reacting when the prices started going up again? Ofc at the time, people didn't know that the bull market had officially started, they just maybe thought it was a relief pump and thought they were still in a bear.

So I guess my question is, during these last cycles, how were people in crypto reacting when the bottom actually started to reverse? Any similarities compared to what's happening right now?
