What would you do guys

Hello guys i am buying and hodling btc since 2021 started buying from 58k and never stopped i bought in all prices even in 16k and my average cost is about 30k.

Now i am like 65% - 70% in profit but i live in a 3rd world country and here the interest rates are high compared to US for example, soon i am going to buy my first house in a couple months and the mortgage rates are currently at 13-14%. But... i have the possibility to sell 1/2 of my btc to complete the cost and buy the house without a mortgage.

So... what would you do guys, take the mortgage or sell the 1/2 of the stack (with the pain of my soul hahaha)
