Do a google / bing search for "whois". (no space is important)
You'll find results like godaddy.
Put the website for the scam in the search box of the "whois".
Look for the "abuse" email address in the results.
Send them a simple email such as "'this site I found' is a scam site. They want you to send crypto, but won't send what they promise in return."
The site will get taken down. Sometimes in an hour. Sometimes in a day.
You've now done one of the few things you're able to do against the scammers, besides not getting scammed.
