So we all know Grayscale has been selling their bitcoin after their ETF conversion while Blackrock, Fidelity, and all the other financial institutions are buying bitcoin (and that’s why there hasn’t been much price movement recently). Based on this I have a few questions:
When Grascale runs out of bitcoin to sell (most likely within a month or two at their current rate), how much longer will Blackrock and Fidelity keep buying at the rate they are?
When Blackrock and all the other institutions decide they have “enough” Bitcoin, are they going to sell? If they decide to sell, will they have to let the public know beforehand?
When Grayscale runs out of Bitcoin to sell and if Blackrock continues to buy Bitcoin, what’s going to stop the price of Bitcoin from going to $300k this cycle? When will they stop buying Bitcoin if ever? What’s their financial gain if they never decide to sell and Bitcoin doesn’t end up having any real (significant) utility?
