Whats (most likely) these 2 countries...? Any INTELIGENT and educated guesses...? From anybody who understands BTC and Geopolitics...?
I would think El Salvador president knows a little bit more than what he is saying...? I would think these countries consulted with El Salvador at least a little so the president should have some more "insider info"...? I would also think it would be some countries from the region (central or south america countries)...?
