What's the best 2022 Ethereum event to connect to people and possible new partners?

I've plans to launch a Dapp or crypto startup, but I'd like to have a technical partner and like minded person to start with me that.

I'm studying Solidity, as a way to have some strong fundamentals or at least to be able to develop a MVP.

Does anyone know what are the best events to attend in 2022 to connect with like minded people and future partners? I think it's preferable to be an in person event, it looks like a better way to have connection rather than online events.
