WhatsApp scam?

I've been using Binance for over 2 years now and that is the first time experiencing this. I used to be put in a gaggle in whatsapp named Binance assist desk Netherlands. A gaggle admin inmidiatly send a message axplaining that this group was made to assist individuals with all their issues relating to Binance. This inmidiatly raised some pink flags for me and I reported and left the group. However i need to understand how they received my telephone quantity? Can it's that personall info obtained leaked or do you guys assume it's pure (un) luck they put somebody within the group that really used Binance?

To offer some background info. I by no means share my telephone quantity or another personall info with third events and just some individuals now I'm utilizing Binance in generall. So what are your ideas on this?
