When the bully steals your money and won't give it back? (Compass Mining)

I don't have anything positive to say about this Compass Mining. They are stealing from people and not delivering on time (or at all). If you ask for a refund they will make you wait for very long periods for a reply. If you insist you want to pull out for not being able to deliver they will put pressure on you, kind of like a bully. Here is a screenshot of me being contacted by their lawyers. They flat out don't want to refund when they should legally be obliged. This company is operating out of bad faith and screwing over many of their clients. Impossible to break out of this toxic relationship.

Any advice?
