When the market is down and your portfolio is red, just buy the dip and pretend you're not dead

That's what I do, you wanna know how? My portfolio's in the red, but I just don't check now. Do other things and relax for a while, or just ignore the red and come here a smile. The bear market is here, but it'll go back up soon. And when it does, crypto will go to the moon! So while everyone else is starting to worry, just think for a moment... are you in a hurry? Crypto's an investment, not a bunch of get rich quick schemes, so put aside those worries and enjoy the memes! For those of use that hodl through the pain, someday in the future we'll enjoy the gain.
