When Was The First Time You Heard The Term Bitcoin?

I first heard about Bitcoin towards the end (October) of 2010.

At the time I was in high school and a classmate sitting next to me talked to me about it.

That friend was the first student in our high school to own an iPhone 4, a phone I had never been exposed to before and it simply amazed me.

But just like I didn't understand the amazing technology the iPhone 4 offered, I didn't understand everything he told me about Bitcoin.

Internet money? Is it possible to earn it for free using home computer?

its value can increase in the future?

These were just some of the questions that were on my mind as he spoke.

What happened next yoy ask?

Well, that same friend did mine Bitcoin with his PC and even managed to keep the coins until 2017 - where he sold for huge profits

And me? It took me "a little" longer to understand this groundbreaking concept and technology.
