When will the 4 year cycle break and what will it take?

Thought the 4 year cycle was broken because majority of the metrics from the previous bull markets weren’t hit. Guess not. In theory, what would it take to break the 4 year cycle? Is hyperbitcoinization even going to happen? Wouldn’t the current fiat system collapse if hyperbitcoinization happens too quickly?
