When you're feeling under-allocated..

FOMO hits a lot of folks pretty hard in these types of times, and for serious crypto-heads, it can start to become a constant battle of feeling under-prepared for the next big upward move.

It’s easy to lose perspective, and abandon your strategy to chase the pump, etc. Sometimes you can even get yourself in financial pickles, with meeting bill dead-lines, etc. by getting too carried away building positions.

Oftentimes people feel under allocated when the market turns after a long bloody phase, and in today's economy, some simply don’t have money to get where they want to be while the market is down.

When I feel under allocated, and want to invest more but can’t squeeze it, I find myself checking the markets even more than if I was over-invested. I think this is an unhealthy thought-pattern to settle into.

I think a better solution when faced with cash flow issues for investing is to focus outside of crypto for a while.

Sometimes, it’s more productive to find a side-venture to get that extra income to invest, instead of tweaking yourself out, constantly theorizing “how many of X, Y, Z coin do I need before the next bull-run begins”.

Who knows, maybe in that venture you will find something more lucrative than crypto might ever be for you.

Personally, I’ve decided to try starting up in the world of print on demand/drop-shipping. I’m hoping to start selling crypto-themed merchandise on various platforms, among other things, so I can re-invest any of my profits into the markets.

Just a friendly reminder if the market isn’t playing-nice, or your day-job isn’t cutting it for that fat weekly DCA, there is a whole world of money-making outside of crypto, sometimes it’s healthier that way too.
