Where can a U.S. citizen sell NEO N3 tokens?

Currently I hold NEO N3 tokens in the N3 Neon Wallet. I want to sell some of these tokens but the available exchanges recommended for these token transactions Binance, Poloniex, and HitBTC are not available in the U.S. So, I thought the most logical choice would be Binance.US, but much to my surprise the N3 Neon Wallet would not accept the NEO deposit address as a valid NEO N3 address. Then I checked KuCoin and Bittrex exchanges that also had NEO deposit addresses and I got the same error message from the N3 Neon Wallet… “not valid NEO N3 address”.

On my earlier post I was referred to the Binance support team via https://tawk.to/chat/6215e6df1ffac05b1d7b44a7/default regarding this issue. But unfortunately the advice I received was not relevant to my question. Therefore, I wondered if anyone else has had this issue where they could not fine a crypto exchange servicing U.S. citizens where you could sell NEO N3 tokens.

Any help with this issue is deeply appreciated.
