Where can I find my txID number when I can't see the history of the transaction. I sent usdt from kucoin to binance and probably selected an unsuported chain.

There has to be something that can be done ? I'm new to this and didn't know some of these 'chain' network options are not an option. Can someone help me out please ? The transaction is supposedly non existant. neither in kucoin or binance is there a history. I do have the intitial transaction from binance to kucoin. I tried buying coins, didn't work and decided to send the 'usdt' back to binance. that's where It got 'lost'.
