Where can I instantly buy and send bitcoin?

I want to buy bitcoin with my checking account/debit card and send it to a website tonight. I do this regularly with Robinhood and am usually able to buy+send, and the bitcoin transfers to the website in an hour or less. However, I just added money to Robinhood and the "instant deposit option" was unavailable. I have to wait 5 days to access those funds. I'm pretty sure Coinbase takes 5 days as well. I tried cashapp but there was some sort of error. Any recommendations?
