Where Do The Exchanges Get Their Coins/Tokens?

All Cryptocurrencies

by COINS NEWS 90 Views

I've been in the crypto space for a couple years now and I'm still not sure how the exchange listings work. From what I understand MOONS have essentially just been given the green light by Reddit to be listed on major exchanges.

Total market cap according to Coin Market Cap is listed at $14M. I think the price jumped like four cents today from $0.10 to $0.14 when someone bought $13K worth. $13K caused a 45% jump. Just think about that for a minute.

So what happens when say Kraken lists them? Where do they get their MOONS if the liquidity is so low? Let's say they want to buy $1M+ worth. Where the hell do they get that amount? Or can they even get that amount? Or do they buy whatever is available and offer high staking rewards?

Two years in this space and I still don't know shit about any of it lol. Thanks.
