I've been reading up and as far as I know DYDX and APEX exchanges all have centralized components to them. From their documentation, I cannot find a way to withdraw funds without communicating with their website or API in some way. So if their services did go down or get taken over, you can't withdraw your funds. DYDX V4 is in the works it seems with zero centralized components. Is there anything out there that is fully decentralized?
I hate the idea of exchanges saying they are decentralized but knowing if only the site went down you are completely stuck.
EDIT:
Uniswap use IPFS so it seems to can access the interface via other means. So I think Uniswap seems to be the answer for me.
