Just mind blowing. When I opened my Coinbase app today I saw a banner advertising direct deposit (avoid making transfer fees) get paid in crypto. This wasn’t a lie. I have already given the new direct deposit form for my banking account (Meta Bank, which Coinbase is using) to my current job.
Since I actively use my USDC to use for payments and purchases receiving 4% back in Stellar Lumens, I decided to designate my paycheck into USDC. This does not have to be your choice however.
Most crypto that is listed on Coinbase you can now get paid in. Yes Btc. Yes Dogecoin. Yes { your choice here}.
