Why are you here?

Why are you in crypto? I'm curious to know everyone's reasons for being in this industry. Moreover, I am fascinated by all of those who are still here despite almost two years of negative growth, FUD after FUD, horrible crypto-related news, ridicule from peers, etc. If you are still here, I believe you are a very unique type of person who is generally persistent with the other non-crypto things you do in life. Stubborn, even. But not unwise, either.

-Are you trying to make money?

-Are you trying to improve the world by creating a shift in the banking system?

-Are you excited about the technology?

-Are you here for gaming?

-Are you here for digital art / NFTs?

-Are you here because you're a contrarian and want to prove your non-believer peers wrong?

-Are you here because you're bored?

Regardless of your reasons for being here, I commend you. This industry is generally hated and neglected by the mainstream. You don't have to look very far to see this.
