Why does my LNHub connected lightning wallet not allow me to spend?

I got myself in a conundrum (while experimenting and try to learn to connect BlueWallet to my Umbrel) where my BlueWallet Lightning Wallet (containing 100k sats) will not let me spend. My blue-wallet URL says it is connected to my personal instance of LNHub, on my Umbrel server.

My LNDHub says 5 peers are connected.

So, why is it that my wallet will not let me spend? When I try to send money to my Umbrel lightning wallet, I get: The error I get is API error: Something went wrong. Please try again later (code 6).

I tried sending to a Muun wallet also, and it fails, with a different error code. Api Error: Payment failed. Does the receiver have enough inbound capacity? (code 10)

Is it possible that I cannot spend because I don't have open channels from my Lightning Node? All I did was follow the standard Umbrel instructions for linking BlueWallet.
