Happy Thanksgiving ????????????
Today, I am thankful for Bitcoin and this sub-Reddit r/bitcoin
I started on my Bitcoin journey in 2021. I started buying at $46k when Bitcoin was on its way to $69k. FOMO bought all the way to $66k. Then bought a little on the way down till $20k. HODLed thru the depths of the bear market with a sense of resignation rather than conviction. Started buying again this year, from $46k to $92k.
Net result is that I own x.yz bitcoin bought at an average price of $51k. My stack is worth $ xyz at todayβs price of $95k, and I am in profit of nearly 100% in 3.5 years. In all my investing history, this has to be hands down the fastest profitable position I have built. So, there is much to be thankful to Bitcoin. One day, I hope my stack will grow enough to pay off my home loan so that I own my home free and clear of the bank.
I discovered the r/bitcoin sub this year. Since I do not know anyone else who owns Bitcoin, this sub has helped to create a Bitcoin virtual community that I can follow and contribute to. It has also helped educate me on why Bitcoin is to be valued, and the importance of HODL, DCA, and patience. Hence I am thankful for r/bitcoin and all of you on here
