Why is binance being a big piece of sh*t?

I am a binance user since 2018. Verified since 2020. (Verified for about 2 years now)

Last month, binance emailed me to "reverify" my account out of nowhere. Then they restricted my account.

Background about me: i live in the UK for about a decade. i have a UK driving license, address, bank, everything. But my nationality is not from the UK.

So binance asks me to submit either driving license or passport. I decided to submit my passport since i assumed it would be more credible than an ID card since binance is an international company.

2 days after it, my account gets restricted and they ask me to withdraw my funds. No other answer except "we cannot provide our services to you because you are from a restricted country"

After reaching customer support chat, they said my passport is from a restricted country so they cannot offer services to me. (Somehow they havent noticed that since early 2020 and just only now 2 month ago they noticed.)

They do not have a list of restricted countries ANYWHERE on the Internet or their website. How the f*ck am i suppose to know if my nationality country is restricted?! (My nationality country is not even restricted on most other exchanges like kraken or okex or blockfi or whatever. Am not from north korea, or syria, or iran. ) so how the fuck was i suppose to know my country is restricted?

And the most important thing is that I DO NOT LIVE IN MY NATIONALITY COUNTRY. I LIVE IN THE UK, since over 8 years. all my details are from the UK, address, banks, and driving license. So if i was to submit my UK driving license i wouldint have this issue?

Their chat support says i WOULD have this issue regardless of where i live.

Their chat support said that even if i live in the UK, provide UK identity documents, and provide UK bank details, UK address, UK number, and EVERYTHING UK. I would still be declined because my nationality is from a restricted country????? How the f*ck is this possible? Can someone explain this?

I mainly use binance for binance earn as part of my income portfolio. Now i cant do that because of this?

This is only binance. I have verified accounts in so many other crypto exchnages and i never had an issue. Wtf is wrong with binance?
