Why is Bitcoin going up faster than S&P 500 or Nasdaq 100?
Can someone please explain to me like a 5 year old why Bitcoin price in USD is increasing faster than the S&P500 or QQQ stock indexes? Why is Bitcoin gaining value faster than the 500 largest companies in the USA (and arguably among the biggest in the world)? After all these are productive companies, many of which pay a dividend. Bitcoin earns no profits and pays no dividends. Itβs a commodity currency. Can this sustain? If so, for how much longer before Bitcoin starts behaving like a stable commodity, rather than a high risk, high growth equity? Is it purely because of high initial adoption? When does the growth end and stabilization occur?
