I'm not very interested in NFTs, or dabble in them much at all, but we all know Reddit once gave free avatar NFTs, and since I don't really use the Reddit avatars feature, so I decided I'd sell it.
I knew of OpenSea before, but haven't used it. When I went to use it to sell my Reddit NFT avatar, I was surprised to see that it is blocked in my country, and it's probably blocked in others too.
I easily surpassed the block with a VPN, but it's weird why a cryptocurrency related service blocks itself in any country, is it just because it's a Third World country? I don't think there's any crypto regulations where I live, so It's probably not that either.
Crypto is supposed to be decentralized and breaks the barrier of centralized limitation like regional blocking and such. Crypto and ETH are available and used here, so I don't see why they want it blocked.
