Why is the master extended public key on my coldcard different than the xpub shown on sparrow?

When I go to "view identity" on my coldcard it shows me the master extended public key. It is different than the xpub that is shown on my sparrow wallet from when I exported my wallet to sparrow. Can someone explain the difference between these so I can better understand? This isn't an error is it? I was trying to google but couldn't find anything useful. thank you
