Why no class action lawsuit?

It seems like hundreds of people have been scammed by Blockchain.com. Selective scamming - with people losing $1000 or less. Perhaps it’s not a lot to the individual who foolishly trusted Blockchain.com with their money, but added up…these scammers could have walked away with millions. Holding people’s funds under the guise of “security” or “protocol”. We know from posts on here that even if you supply Blockchain.com with everything they ask to verify a transaction, or communicate with their “support” for months, they still don’t return the money they stole. My question is - how do they get away with this? How is there no class action lawsuit against them? This seems like straight up illegal theft. How are they still on the Apple App Store? How are they not being investigated by someone somewhere? Why can they just rob people blind with zero repercussions?
