What is the number one rule in Crypto? I hope most would agree that is is: "Only invest what you can loose".
Of course, there are other important rules like; DYOR, Don't give away your private keys, etc, but It could be argued that "Only invest what you can loose" is one of the most important ones out there.
So why should you not sell if you followed this rule? Everything is down, and you don't want to loose everything. Why not sell at a loss?
The answer is simple. You will NOT loose it all (don't bring up LUNA). As long as you hold your assets, then you have a chance of recouping your losses in the next bull run (in 2-3 years). If you sell your assets at a loss, then you will no longer hold the tokens, and no longer have the opportunity to benefit the next time.
How many post do we see that say... "If only I bought earlier", or "Why did I sell before the bull run". These are all people who sold their holding and did not hold.
* Now of course if you need money, you should sell your coins and just take the loss. Do what is right in the real world. However, if you only invested as much as you could loose, then there is no reason to sell.
* WE ARE STILL EARLY AND WILL WIN IN THE NEXT BULL RUN*
