Will Scam Bankman-Fried ever be imprisoned?!

We get all these articles on the guy on the daily like clockwork and sometimes it’s even good news for him where a few charges are dropped against him.

This is an important case for the space as it will basically decide how much crypto related white collar crimes people like him can get away with. Also with the space already being relatively new bad actors have more of an impact on the reputation and trust especially with how things are playing out in the case of Sam where there is no clarity on what the future of the case holds.

If he does see prison time will it be a slap on the wrist or something that actually weighs equal against the negative impact that he had on the space and millions of individuals?!
