Will there ever be another bull run?

I often wonder if the value of all crypto will ever see another spectacular raise as it did in the past. It's been some time now since the last bull run and it seems as nothing is happening price wise for months now. Crypto did not crash like was expected and written by so many but it also doesn't raise as written by so many others.

Maybe this is just the new normal and is a 3 or 4 percent increase in value/year the best we can hope for.

The last bull run was perhaps one big crypto bubble and maybe current values reflect more correct the actual value.

I don't know, I might be wrong, I hope I'm wrong but it's time for something spectactular to happen.
