Will there something called a bitcoinnaire?

Hey everyone, bitcoin Maxi here, (as in I just have 1 as my entire portfolio)

So with all the things that are happening, I think at some point in our life time, we're going to see a thing called a bitcoinnaire.

But I wanted to discuss, what everyone thinks is the biggest obstacle to mass adoption at the moment. For example in Asian sub continent, significant amounts of people buy and store gold, how would do you vision a transition to bitcoin instead of gold being stored.
