Will you all stick around Reddit/this sub once Reddit goes public?

I don’t see many people talking about it but Reddit plans to go public very soon.

Honestly I think this will destroy Reddit and all it’s communities.

We’ll probably see a lot of streaming ads and just plain poor user ads for revenue now. Selling your data for revenue as well.

Don’t we all want decentralization?

Honestly this sub was great back in 2020. We’ve had a lot of traffic coming in with the new exposure to crypto as well.

I truly hope with Reddit going public that it won’t ultimately destroy the platform. But then again, I think it will.

Who knows, maybe someone will create a new decentralized social platform down the road.
