Withdraw pending since April 20th?

Long story short , I’m not new to Binance.us nor it’s my first withdrawal . Iv done multiple of deposits and withdrawals in the pass. So the whole process of confirming the email from primetrust to proceed with the transaction isn’t new . This time as usual, I requested a withdraw to bank (ACH) on April 20th 2021 but the only difference I never received a confirmation email from PrimeTrust . I checked my spam and junk mail but I was just left empty handed . I followed by emailing support on the 26th of April and didn’t get a reply till the 4th of may . Which seemed automated with following reply “ We are terribly sorry for the delay in our response! Currently, we are working to resolve a high volume of inquiries, and we noticed you had not yet received a solution. If you still need assistance or have any questions, please let us know and we’ll get back to you here ASAP!” . I replied back letting them know that my problem hasn’t been resolved and till this date I haven’t heard back . I tried the chat support as well and it didn’t go anywhere , just ended up to link and articles I have have already seen .

Is there even a way to cancel the transaction ? Iv looked everywhere but I haven’t seen any option to do so .
