Withdrawal from exchange to bank account - UK

It's been a while since I've withdrawn any gbp from an exchange. I've been holding for many years now.

Since binance has stopped withdrawals to UK bank accounts. I haven't stayed relevant to other solutions.

So my question is. Those of you from the UK, what exchanges are you using to withdraw to your bank accounts now? And how?

(side note, I noticed crypto.com ask alot of questions about your income to allow withdrawal or deposits. Is this the norm now?)
