Withdrawal help

I have funds in a binary account on cmatexip.com and when I try to withdraw customer service tells me I can't bc I haven't met the transaction volume or reached the wellness activity. At one point I paid a "withdrawal penalty" but for whatever reason they put it into my assets and said I still couldn't withdraw. I also feel like there's a kind of language barrier making it more confusing.

I was being coached by someone who had me put in more and more (but I was able to withdraw at one point?) but now I'm not sure I trust their advice and I'm struggling to understand the rules or how to get my funds. My assets are in USDT through erc20 if that matters.

Have I been scammed? Is there a way to get my funds? Are there any legitimate services that can help me?
