withdrawals are suspended due to risk management ???

Been using binance for months,

I have email, txt and google verification. So the only one with ability to access and send funds from the account is myself

yesterday I randomly got withdrawals are suspended due to risk management ,

I am now unable to get or do anything with any of my funds they are stuck , what am I supposed to do, support is not existent ?

been through the cycle with chat just to be sent a message giving me the same info,the chat then ended still with nothing rectified so had to go through same process again still nothing

How do I get this fixed ?
