Would a chargeback against Binance be justified [UK]

Maybe I missed something, maybe I didn't. But I'm new to binance, I bought some coins, invested them at a pool, sent my profits back to binance but then surprise surprise I cant withdraw my funds. They wont let me add my bank account.

They also accepted the funds from Mastercard and now are telling me I can only withdraw to Visa. Is this legal in the UK? They told me the only way to get cash back is to trade it back using their P2P feature. I dont need this kind of overcomplication - crypto is about taking control of your money and binance has clearly fucked me. Sure I could do the p2p but why am I jumping through hoops to get my money back?

Anyone care to shed some light?
