I filed a refund application for an XLM deposit and the refund was processed. I have not yet received the refund in my other wallet on Kraken exchange.
The application never asked for the memo id for my other wallet so I think that is why I haven't received my refund.
I really like using Binance and I understand some things are not perfect. I would like to advise Binance to include a field on their refund application form for a memo id. And to have their support staff check to make sure they have complete information before processing refund transactions.
This refund is now sitting somewhere on Kraken's exchange and only god knows how long their support staff will take to verify this refund for my wallet.
