Yes DCA works , but only if the coin goes back up at some point otherwise it's just called catching falling knives over a long period of time.

DCA is recommended as a one size fits all but if you look at the history, most of the coins never went back up and died so if you had dca'ed into them you would have just been the exit liquidity.

Just check out previous bull runs top 20 and compare them to the current list, you will realise that nothing is safe , not even the so called blue chips , those so called eth killers died and were replaced by a new set of eth killers so what are the chances that some no name coin ranked 344 on CMC will go back up.

So yeah , do some research , be absolutely sure of the fundamentals, do some prayers for extra luck and then only continue with the DCA or probably just go with btc/eth if you consider yourself an unlucky person.
