Yesterday I finished No-Charts-November, and it improved my mental health drastically.

All Cryptocurrencies

I’m here for the long term, however, I do check too many times my portfolio, crypto charts and more. I know that I’m not the only one that does this, moreover, I know that it’s not good for my mental health to keep checking the charts 24/7.

Last month I saw a post in this subreddit encouraging people to do a No-Charts-November challenge, so I gave it a try. Doing so improved my mental Health drastically. The first days were a bit difficult to get used to it, especially after watching the news. However, I started to realize that I shouldn’t “care” about crypto in the short term, since I’m here for the long run and I’m confident that the projects I invested in will do great in the future. This improved my mood and help me to focus on others things during the day.

My advice for anyone that invests for the long term, but keeps checking the charts 24/7, is to reduce the number of times you look at the charts. You will be happier and you’ll take care of your mental health.
