Zigzag.io issue

Anybody used their service before?

I used it 1 or 2 times a few years ago and never had any issue. Tried to use it again last week, converting some BTC on chain to lightning and still haven't received the lightning from them. I was in touch with their customer service and they told me they would send it the next day, which was 3 days ago, and i still haven't received anything. Have messaged them a few times since then, but I am getting silence. No response at all. It's not a huge amount of sats, but losing any amount of sats is too many. Hoping they'll eventually send it to me, but am starting to lose hope now.....
