10x isolated liquidation threshold

Is 10x isolated tiered now?

If so, assuming 0.10 is the starting point, what are the tiered liquidation levels, and final liquidation point? It used to be the case that 0.05 was the liquidation point, and there were no tiers on Binance

I'm looking at this table:

but am finding it a little confusing.

I use margin maximise mining profits by putting them in margin, building the ratio up and keeping an eye on them, so it didn't used to be a problem when margin was an all or nothing situation with a fixed liquidation point and my limit orders set accordingly.
