I recently moved houses about a year ago and turned 18 in early may. I have been trying to get verified every way possible.Every time I submit I get “ IDM_UNABLE_ADDRESS_NAME” I have created multiple support tickets with and submitted my drivers license, front and back, selfie of my holding it, picture of my social security card, and multiple bank statements with my up-to-date address. It has been 3 months and I have yet to be verified or get a response back.
