Synthesizing a few interesting speeches/texts I’ve heard/read, I have arrived at a neat thought.
So in Yuval Noah Harari’s books (Sapiens, Homo deus, 21 lessons) he leads up to the point in 21 lessons that the current government system is not working because it is outdated technologically and culturally.
Then I heard in a speech about Crypto how it is good because it allows people to freely move between systems of governance.
Next I heard in a podcast how most great things can be explained using metaphors of nature. The way our society/economy/politics work is a lot like nature. The trouble with our political/economic systems is that many new laws/currency are added in but very very few are taken out (die) (In nature if a thing is continuously created and doesn’t die, it over consumes itself/environment).
Crypto is great because it allows value to be captured and distributed to its shareholders seamlessly and even transferred to a different system of governance if you lose interest in the previous coins governance system and applications.
This will continue pushing forward better and better systems of governance that attract users by offering increasingly better utility.
In turn this will leave our current political/economic system into the stone-age and bring a new era of increasingly improving governance systems that make US the people more happy (captured value distributed properly)
