Account Verification as a Twin -- How Do i Manually Verify my Account?

How would i go about manually verifiying my account since I am a twin and we both have Binance accounts? It seems there is no customer support link on their website and I've tried contacting them on their official twitter accounts but no luck. This is the message I got when I tried verifying my account:

" Please be advised that we have detected a verified account which has similar information updated. If you have a twin that has an Binance account as well please reach out to customer service and provide us with a video recording of both yourself and your twin and holding up both ID documents confirming that a manual verification is required. "
