Binance stealing people's crypto

When trying to make a cryptocurrency deposit into my Binance wallet, after selecting the deposit button I was allowed to select MATIC as a type of currency to be deposited. Binance provided me with a wallet address and I proceeded to send the transaction from my metamask wallet to Binance. The transaction was successful according to Polygon and they even provided blockchain reports showing the address was correct and that the transaction was successful. Apparently, although binance allows you to select MATIC as a currency to deposit, it will not actually allow you to deposit it. Polygon can show that the transaction was successful and my money was sent to Binance, however the money did not end up in my wallet and Binance will not tell me where it went. Apparently this has happened to A LOT of other people as well. I just don't want anybody else to have their funds stolen like I did, it's pretty crazy they make something like that possible on their website...
