Adaption is coming. Just not like we imagined

Amazon apparently partnering with Ripple. Deutsche Bank and Taurus Sign a Global Partnership. Ledger partners with PayPal to provide crypto access for U.S. customers. I can fill this very piece with news from new partnerships announced in the last 30 days.

What is happening? Well, the halving is happening. And the future too. You cannot stop digitalization. It is the future. And crypto, in one form or another, can offer what financial institutions need. A safe and fast solution for the digital era.

But unlike many of us thought, it might not be a decentralized heaven, free of manipulation and corrupt central authorities. In fact, in my humble opinion, the future of crypto, at least partly, gonna be centralized, in harmony with banking system, and highly regulated.

SEC is not gonna kill crypto, they want to "tame" it. They want to have control. And they will have it. They know they cannot fight the future. But they can change how it is gonna play out.

Crypto devs will have two options. Play along, or get cought in an infinite web of lawsuits and bureaucracy. And as much as I like to believe they will keep fighting, they will eventually give up. Amazon, PayPal and others are here because they know the truce is coming. And they want a sit at the table.

Yes, crypto is gonna go mainstream. Just not how we wished for. But hey, at the end of the day there is still BTC. And a few others like XMR. So there are reasons to be hopeful, and to wait for the next bullrun.
