Advise for Non-US Citizen Moving to New York

Hi there ????,

I will be moving to New York and I’m not sure about what to do with my Binance account.

• Will I be able to access Binance once I’m outside New York ?
• Should I move my assets to other exchanges or is Binance.US accessible ?
• Will my account get banned by Binance if I access it from US, what if happens if I return to my country ?
• is the situation different between NJ and NY?

Appreciate your advise as I’m not sure about what to do, it’s sad that Binance facing such issue on the US.
